Robert’s practice is primarily focused on legal concerns faced by clients and their families, including preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Healthcare Directives; Trusts, Estate Planning and Asset Protection; Long Term Care Planning; Medicaid Applications; Guardianships; and Estate Administration. And throughout his career, Robert has helped people of all ages ensure that they have appropriate legal planning in place for themselves and their families. Robert has helped his own family and friends navigate through many difficult situations, and dedicates his practice to doing the same for his clients.
A native of South Jersey, Robert earned his Bachelor of Arts in Law
& Justice at The College of New Jersey and received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey. In addition, Robert is a long-time member of the Marlton Business Association and the Tri-County Regional Ethics Committee, which is a group dedicated to assisting organizations resolve complex ethical issues regarding healthcare decisions and treatment. Robert currently resides in Marlton, New Jersey with his wife Jennifer and their children.
